Manage My Grant

Promotion!

It is important to acknowledge your funder. We have special guidelines for promotion that include use of a credit line and logos on all your promotional materials for your funded activity or event. This includes posters, postcards, programs or playbills, newspaper ads, and also on your website and social media posts. You are expected to say the credit line as well in any radio or tv ads, news interviews, and during any introduction or “curtain speech” at your funded activity or event. If you are funded by the Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment, we also expect you to thank your state legislators for continuing to vote for funding the arts through the Legacy Amendment.

Here are some links that will help!

Changes!

It is important to keep in touch with us about any major changes to your funded event or activity. If you stray too far from the original purpose of the funding, you could inadvertently cause a termination of your grant contract and/or a misuse of funds inquiry that could result in a request for you to return granted funds and ineligibility for future grants. Contact our Grants Manager, Holly Alcott, to assign you a Granted Activity Change Form if you have changes in the following:

  • Dates/times of funded events or activities
(Site Evaluators need to schedule to attend)

  • Location of your funded event or activity
(Site Evaluators need to be able to find you)

  • Leadership - a new executive director, project director, grant administrator, or authorizing official

  • Grantee address, email, or phone number
(We need to be able to contact you!)

  • Budget - a change of more than 20% of line item

  • Outcomes or evaluation methods

  • Hired Artists, Culture Bearers, Writers, Musicians, Performing Groups, Instructors, Contractors, Vendors, In-kind Service Providers, etc.

  • Fiscal Sponsor agreement

  • Your funded event or activity - especially if the change is a big one because we may have to consult our board of directors!

  • Public Art specifications

Reporting!

As part of your Grant Contract you agreed to fill out a Final Report about your funded event or activity. This is important! It helps us report back to our funders, state legislators and the tax-paying public with statistics about geographic location, demographics, arts disciplines and more to be able to show the public what amazing things we do in our region. Contact our Grants Manager, Holly Alcott, if you need assistance in filling out your final report. There are lots of services she can provide. Failure to complete your final report can interrupt your eligibility to apply for our grants and we could even ask you to refund the money we granted. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our policies below.
