The Public is welcomed to visit the Bemidji Public Library, who is hosting an art display featuring Northern Artist Association member, Kathy Sanders. The title of the exhibit is named “Northwoods Images.” Kathy is a Multidisciplinary artist focusing on oil and acrylic paintings for this exhibit. She has had a lifelong interest in the arts and started painting by attending rosemaling classes over 35 years ago. This interest evolved through acrylics and various painting techniques and has now come full circle back to oils. Her favorite subjects are floral arrangements and flowers, as she is also an avid Gardener. Kathy demonstrates at art fairs and teaches her art through many community venues.
