Join the Park Rapids summertime tradition of Noon Hour Concerts- featuring both local and visiting musicians. These concerts are put on for free for listeners and music-lovers alike. Feel free to bring a lunch with you or eat prior to the short concert. Each concert will be different, the North Wind Clarinets will be playing this concert. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Region 2 Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts & Cultural Heritage fund.
