Camp fee of $200, open to youth entering grades 4-12 with at least 1-2 years of experience on an instrument. Please bring a sack lunch, and water bottle to camp each day. Headwaters Rock Band Camp is a ‘group performance’ camp for musicians with one to two years of experience playing guitar, drums, piano, bass, or voice. Drum kits and most instruments are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a secondary instrument if they would like to learn how to improvise! Led by headwaters music instructors Casey Grangruth and Vincent Noble, Headwaters Rock Band focuses on learning covers, songwriting, chord progressions, scales, singing harmonies, soloing, band communication, and just having fun making music together.
