Join us for FROM PEN TO HEART, produced by Mask and Rose Theater, a staged reading by Barbara Schlichting.

Barbara Schlichting has been a writer for a number of years. She was first published in a Catholic magazine which was titled, My Favorite Christmas. She had visited  her son who was in the army and stationed in Germany at the time. The article gave her the strength to continue onward. Since then, she has written many books in the mystery genre, poetry, historical fiction and fiction. Currently, she has written two theatrical plays, From Pen to Heart, and the other, which was produced in 2023.

Mutual friendship carried them through twelve years of school, Vietnam, and fifty years of marriage. Their easy relationship grew to love and romance over time. Join the couple as they revisit fun and personal ups and downs through heartfelt letters.

Tickets are available at the door, $10 per person.
