Registration is open for "Felting Techniques" with Sharon Nordrum to be held Wednesday, November 20 from 11 - 3pm at Watermark Art Center as part of their Intercultural Creative Circles. There is no fee and materials are included. Participants must call Watermark to register.

Nordrum will introduce participants to the art of dry felting and dry felting tools to create small works of art. She is a member of Red Lake Nation and a contemporary artist who works between various art media. The use of patterns, symbols and colors found in her work add a distinct Ojibwe voice to the region.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota, through a grant from the Region 2 Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
