Penny Kagigebi and assistant Chewie Mason will teach birch bark and porcupine quill techniques used by woodland people as part of Watermark's Fall Intercultural Creative Circles. Participants will learn basic skills for porcupine quillwork and applique beadwork on a small birch bark basket.
