  • Public Library, Community room Bagley, MN (map)

There is a class fee of $35. Class size is limited to 10 participants ages 14 and up. Please bring your own lunch and beverage.

Ruth Ann Nordlund's workshop, Needle Felting, is set for December 7th from 10 AM - 1:30 AM at the Bagley Public Library. To sign up, go to bagleyarts.org.

Needle felting uses special barbed needles to mat wool roving. Join us as we work on a fun beginner needle felting class where you will create a Nisse Gnome.

Needle felting is a dry felting technique, which employs one or more specially designed needles to manipulate wool fibers. Artists and craftspeople who sculpt objects and embellish textiles with wool use this technique.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Region 2 Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
