The Region 2 Arts Council office, located in the Watermark Art Center in Bemidji, will be closed Thursday October 3rd and Friday October 4th. Staff, R2AC board members, AAI council members, and scholarship recipients will attend the Rural Arts & Culture Summit in Grand Rapids. We hope you are able to join us and learn from other rural artists and share your experiences as a rural artist, arts advocate, arts appreciator, or community organizer.
