Please join artist and business owner, Monica Hansmeyer, as we launch the first Artists’ Coffee Hour circle of learning. This session follows the success of our Collaborative Learning sessions during the Arts Resource Expo this past Spring. It uses materials from Springboard for the Arts’ Toolkit – Work of Art: Business Skills for Artists – to support local area artists’ shared learning and growth. The Workbook covers every facet of building a successful and sustainable career – from career planning, time management, marketing, and social media to pricing, recordkeeping, funding, and developing a business plan. The shared learning format invites artists to give and receive support and knowledge through shared experiences. New and experienced artists are welcome!
