- Open to Native artists in all arts disciplines.
- Available to enrolled tribal members and descendants 18 years or older residing in Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Cass, Becker, Roseau, and Itasca counties.
- Covers costs associated with artistic performance, art creation, production, exhibition.
- Covers arts materials, supplies, equipment, mentoring, workshops
- Applications for up to $1,000 accepted.
