- Available to those residing in Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Cass, Becker, Roseau, and Itasca counties.
- Covers arts costs associated with performance, production, exhibition, materials, equipment, mentoring, workshop attendance.
