Our office will be closed Monday, August 5, 2013 until approximately 2 p.m.  Staff will be attending Arms Around the Armory* in Park Rapids.

*The public is invited to come and learn more about the community collaborative effort to launch The Upper Mississippi Center for the Arts: a home for arts activity, arts education, and cultural events in the Park Rapids Lakes Area.  10:30 a.m. – Noon on Monday August 5, 2013.  This event takes place at Armory Square on Highway 71 and 2nd Street in Park Rapids. Arms Around the Armory is co-sponsored by the Park Rapids Lakes Area Arts Council and Region 2 Arts Council.
