Evening Recital
Friday June 14: Program of Cello Music in Bemidji
Gwenfrewi Burger will perform a program of cello music on Friday, June 14th, at 7:00 pm. She will be accompanied on piano by Wayne Hoff. The recital will take place at Headwaters School of Music and the Arts at 519 Minnesota Ave. in Bemidji. The event is free and open to the public.
Concerts Over the Noon Hour
Thursday June 13: Noon Hour Concert in Park Rapids
Eric Bervig and Family will present the Noon Hour Concert Thursday, June 13 at Faith Baptist Church in Park Rapids. The concerts are from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Bring your lunch; coffee and bars will be served.
Wednesday June 19: Summer Recital Series in Bemidji
On Wednesday, June 19, the Bemidji Area Church Musicians will present Andrea Hood, piano, in concert at First Baptist Church, 1555 Paul Bunyan Drive NW, at 12:00 noon. Hood’s program will include music for piano by Robert Schumann, Frédéric Chopin, and Claude Debussy, as well as sacred arrangements by Mark Hayes, and Lorie Line. A freewill offering will be received; a luncheon will be served following the recital. The price for the luncheon will be announced. The public is cordially invited to this performance. First Baptist Church is located just west of the Paul Bunyan Mall.
