Region 2 Arts Council’s arts programming is based on information we gather from everyone and anyone with an interest in the arts in Minnesota’s Beltrami, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, and Hubbard counties, along with those from the additional counties we serve through our AAI grant.
