Attention young student artists of all kinds (and parents, friends, and teachers of young student artists)!
The Region 2 Arts Council Artist Mentor Grant Program is an amazing opportunity for 8-12 grade student artists in the five counties of Region 2 to receive funding to work with an adult artist mentor. And the April 11 deadline is fast approaching!
Grants up to $600 cover 20 contact hours with a professional artist with whom you haven’t worked before, but are eager to mentor with. Funds can also be applied to a camp, workshop, or class in your arts discipline.
Applications are available for download at the Region 2 Arts Council website, or you can pick up a paper copy at our office, 426 Bemidji Avenue, Bemidji.
