The City of Bemidji, working with the Parks and Trails Commission and its Chief Bemidji Statue Project sub-committee, wishes to commission an artist, or artist team, to design, fabricate and install a new sculpture of Chief Bemidji near the west shore of Lake Bemidji. The RFQ can be viewed on the City of Bemidji home page at: www.ci.bemidji.mn.us. The submission deadline is September 19, 2011.
