Healthy Boards for Arts Nonprofits of Any Size
A strong, engaged board of directors is essential for the health of a nonprofit and yet, sometimes this is the last thing we spend time on. This workshop will help you build effective meetings that engage and interest your board members, design strategies for working with your board between meetings and provide ideas for recruiting great members to your board. This workshop will be useful to both board members and staff of nonprofit organizations.
What: A workshop for board members and staff of nonprofit arts organizations located in Region 2.
When: 5:30-8:00 p.m., Thursday April 14, 2011
Where: North Country Museum of Art, 301 Court Avenue, Park Rapids, MN
