
The Arts Downtown PR series will continue from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18 at five locations in downtown Park Rapids.
Thursday’s line-up includes Ben Ranson performing at Wildwood Enchantment and two trios: Deane Johnson, Mari Wylie and Roz Pederson at Bella Caffè and Dean, Mark and Rick at The Good Life Cafe. Actors from the Minnesota Folklore Theater will preview the upcoming production of “The Night Before Christmas” at Blank Canvas Gallery & Education Center. Park Rapids poet Marion Holtey will read from her newly released book, “Seasons of Light,” at Beagle Books.
A schedule of times various artists will be performing is available at downtown businesses and the Park Rapids Lakes Area Chamber office as well as on the Park Rapids Downtown Business Association website (www.parkrapidsdowntown.com).
This event is designed to bring audiences to see and hear visual artists, musicians, writers and other artists in businesses in downtown Park Rapids on the Third Thursday of the month year round.
