Northern Arts News is a free bi-monthly publication of the Region 2 Arts Council with a growing e-distribution. Funded by a grant from the McKnight Foundation, Northern Arts News provides news and information to artists and arts enthusiasts in Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods and Mahnomen Counties of north central Minnesota.
We welcome submissions. Information must be received in the R2AC office by the 7th of the month preceding the issue in which you want the listing. We are looking for:
- Artists to showcase their work
- Calls to artists
- Arts opportunities
- Calendar of events, workshops, auditions, etc.
- Noteworthy accomplishments by artists
Permission to reprint Northern Arts News items is granted if Northern Arts News is credited as the source.
